Royal Smiles Dental Care collects the name, contact details, appointment preference, brief dental concern, and payment reference voluntarily provided through Erin or this website.

Purpose

We use these details only to process, verify, confirm, remind, reschedule, or cancel an appointment request and communicate with the patient.

Storage and sharing

Booking details are stored in the clinic’s Google Workspace files and calendar and are accessible only to authorized clinic personnel and service providers needed for the booking workflow. We do not sell patient information.
